Cancellation Policy

 

 Conditions of canceling and changes of services
1. In case of Customer’s refusal of requested services in the period less than 30 days in advance before starting function, Customer shall pay to the Executor 20% of the total amount of services, refused by the Customer.  
2. In case of Customer’s refusal of requested services in the period less than 20 days in advance before starting function, Customer shall pay to the Executor 50% of the total amount of services, refused by the Customer AND THIS PAYMENT IS NONREFUNDABLE.   
3. Information about changes of starting function must be submitted 72 hours prior by Customer to Executor. Executor shall not hold the liability for possible inconveniences in the result of untimely submission of information. 
 
 
 Arbitrage
 
1. All disputes which arise out in connection with this agreement shall be settled by mutual and friendly consent of both parties. If both parties can not settle, they will be settled by economic arbitration court of Uzbekistan. 
 
 Force Major
 Parties will not liable for any damages and losses caused by force major such as war, riots, embargo, fire, floods, other acts of no objection of nature, explosion, act of omission, act of government etc.
